Success! I've managed to track down our cargo. It seems as though the container was moved from the Maersk Dartmouth to the MSC Japan in Taiwan on the 9th November, and it arrived at Sydney Patricks Terminal on the 19th.

So, I'm guessing that our stuff is waiting to be cleared or whatever it is that customs people do down at the docks.
