Quite by chance I found this while reading some blogs researching some stuff at work. An enterprising fellow has stitched together webcam images of the locks in the Panama Canal taken over a period of a week compressing it into 11 minutes of frantic, formula-1 ship action.

Funnily enough the 4th or 5th ship to go through is a big Maersk-Sealand container like the one our stuff was on.

The quality isn't all that, but it's interesting nonetheless. Clicking the picture will take you to the video.
