Untitled-in-sydney

Dropped in application papers for another apartment yesterday. Dodgy 80's place with faded light blue carpet, walls that could use re-filling and painting and plenty of peach in the bathroom and kitchen, and more money than we wanted to spend.

Sounds awful doesn't it?

The plus side is it's nice and big. We won't have to treat it with kid gloves as it's already tired, it's in Manly so bus to/from work will be easy (even though car is imminent).

Oh, and did I mention the location?

I'm assuming that we'll get this. Don't get the impression that it's a shit hole, it's just in need of a refresh. The landlord got no interest the previous week, dropped it by $50pw and we were still the only one's willing to take it.
