Zoom, Splash, Cough | Monday, March 13, 2006 |
As predicted, the weekend was busy. We collected the new car, signed the lease on the apartment, then I deposited Gillian off somewhere in Redfern to assist in a photoshoot being conducted by a friend up from Melbourne (the same person who we're visiting next weekend)
Kept the car round here overnight then dropped it back off in Manly before spending a couple of hours on the beach. It may be the end of summer, but it's still over 30 degrees here and the waves were nicely large yesterday.
Today though I'm at home, with the same lurgy that Gillian had last week (though it seems a milder form so far). So I mostly feel fine but have a sore throat and am coughing. And it's going to be 35c today :-(
