We started Capoeira on Thrusday last week and the aches and pains have worn off just in time for our Tuesday class.
I have to say that I was deeply sceptical about the whole affair, but even accounting for the lung-busting warm up on Thursday it was really rather enjoyable.
I think it will be a while before I'm spinning on my nose (or whatever it is they do) but let's see what Tuesday brings. Thursday already had us cartwheeling (or attempting to at any rate) so perhaps it's not as unlikely as all that.
