Now that we are in Sydney, it is just a short (three hour)flight to New Zealand.
On Thursday night we were on the 1815 flight from Sydney to Wellington and stayed with Karen and Pete.
On the Friday morning we had bright sunshine as I took Simon and Karen for a walk from Roseneath to Island Bay along the Southern Walkway, to get there in time for coffee at Sheenas.
