Or rather, lamb chops that have been sitting a bag of Harissa overnight. This apartment isn't bad. There is a full kitchen but it's not my idea of full.
No oven dish (so I had to buy one today) to cook my chicken in later in the week and no scales. On the plus side, it has a combi microwave/grill/oven which actually appears to work.
We had one in Pelican Street and frankly it was shit. Although this took about 15 minutes to hit the requested 200c, the sizzling coming from the chop pan indicates that it got there eventually.
So, full marks for the oven, and extra full marks for the lamb chops from the Ginger Pig.
