After yesterday's gourmand blowout, today's is a somewhat more restrained lunch menu (click the picture for a readable version).
As you'll see, like any good cookbook this one is nicely food stained - it really is hard to go past the Australian Women's Weekly series :-)
Today is sunny and warm and there are people on the beach. I however and full of soup, a couple of slices of buttery toast and a little red wine and am drifting towards the idea of an afternoon nap with out the risk of a melanoma.
