Follow on from 8.25 our immediate ex-neighbours place is up for sale (he moved to Bahrain or some equally sandy place a couple of weeks back). If he was going for a tax break, perhaps he should have just stayed in Australia.
Anyhow, his apartment is as I say, up for sale. According to the real estate site, offers please in excess of $1m.
I'm not sure how much that third bedroom would add to the cost, but I reckon that makes the apartment we're in about the 850-900k mark.
